Angel Wings and the New Moon

So much I could write at this New Moon in Sagittarius yet it feels a bit much to share. My mother is slowly slipping away and this Christmas season I am flooded by our Holiday past. Mom loved being with family, holiday decorating and entertaining. She crafted like Martha Stewart, opened up our home, invited the town to tour, wine, dine and dance.

Anne Lamont in her book Grace Eventually writes-"old mothers never die, and they never fade away. They are too complicated for either."

I created a collage today, the girl reminds me of a 60's Breck Shampoo Ad- all that I wasn't in my mother's eyes; my New Moon SoulCollage® feels very important. So here is my evolving SoulCollage and the journaling that unfolded...

We teach each other
how to fly by our shared journeys,
by our truth-telling.

Healing stories born
out of the dark places
from anger, fear and sadness
In the fallings and failings
I find courage
To take a risk,
to wake up,
to trust
and once again

Open up to loving arms...
that were always with me.
But I forgot
how to connect...
Magically my angel wings unfurl
and flutter
Our Brilliance is revealed.

And when the Boat shows up
it finds we already
flew Home.

Sagittarius New Moon SoulCollage®

Saturn is now in Libra for the first time in 29 years...demanding balance in all our relationships. So as we enter the Holiday season issues of trust and truth telling go to a whole new level. What was hidden is now revealed. People are dancing all over the place with these energies.

Jupiter expands while Saturn contracts.

Saturn is ruled by Capricorn. Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter. Jupiter is the in-breath, Saturn the out-breath. You can’t have one without the other or you just die. Fiery Jupiter asks you to GO BOLD and take a risk. Jupiter represents truth and wisdom. Your truth, your wisdom.

Being Stalked at this New Moon is a post I wrote back in 2007 about how the Sagittarius energies work in my life. Interesting in reading it again and seeing how I am at a similar place, yet with a much broader understanding.

Talking Trash and the Scorpio New Moon
November 16, 2009, 2:14 pm est at 25° Scorpio

Today I can put anything out by the curb, pile it on, get it out of the house and these nice men haul the trash away for me. Sadly this wasn't always so...

For thirty years I had trash issues and didn't know it. The City of Plantation mandated that residential trash go into expensive blue plastic trash bags bought from our grocery store. They didn't want garbage cans strewn about the streets. If you placed anything outside the blue bag there was a good chance it would be rejected. If the bag was too heavy, it was rejected. If you ran out of bags, tried to use a plain old hefty bag, your trash was rejected.

Your trash is not acceptable so we the garbage crew won't pick it up.

Driving home seeing our blue bag[s] still sitting on the lawn left me feeling rejected. Sometimes the garbage crew would label our trash by putting an orange neon sticker on the bag to make matters worse. Everyone saw the orange label- failure to follow instructions.

To get their trash picked up one neighbor left a six pack of beer as a bribe. On questionable days I'd deliberately stand in our driveway when the crew moved down the street; staring or smiling at them trying to guilt the trash guy into taking a questionable bag away.

Dear husband would call to ask "did they take the bags?" A yes would bring a sigh of relief, a no would mean "now what do we do with the stuff?"

After we moved to Vero Beach I realized how the "blue bag thinking" impacted our lives. Now taking out the trash is a whole new experience... we happily pile things on the curb, and the trash goes away. Easily and effortlessly. It's a partnership I am grateful for.

We all have these blue bag issues in our life, somewhere along the way we heard our trash is not acceptable. It's stuffed away like useless clutter, stuck energy. It's also a deep well of creative power.

Scorpio is all about partnering with Spirit and the art of taking out the trash so we can move to a higher level of consciousness, a new vibrational energy to grow our business. It's both an opportunity and a challenge. Read about the Scorpio New Moon SoulCollage® posted here.

Scorpio New Moon SoulCollage®

Are you ready for the Scorpio New Moon SoulCollage® challenge? Fall is the time of shedding. Here in Central Florida the beautiful Oak trees are shedding their acorns. These early childhood lessons are tied to self-esteem, self-worth, and value. Energetically stubborn we carry this wounded child energy into adulthood, unconsciously. Asleep at the wheel we don’t surrender thus we sabotage our dreams.

Scorpio is all about the energetic death and rebirth nature mirrors for us. Eighth house Scorpio is ruled by Mars, and Pluto, the Transformer. Scorpio's energy helps us access the stuck, stagnant places that keep you and I from living our dreams.

Scorpio represents stagnant water around us and within us related to the shame. Emotions that are stuck in the body because of fear and trauma. Release the waters, transform by surrendering.

Are you a parent of a Pluto in Scorpio Child?

How are you managing your own Scorpio energies? Pluto in Scorpio Children born from 1984-1995 were born with Pluto in Scorpio. As a generation these children:

"feel for the entire human race, and its evolution - they seemingly are very prophetic in nature. Some have shut themselves off from very deep emotions, quite withdrawn and deeply introspective...These children were born old, and wise from early on, with a heavy burden on their collective shoulders. They were born, and in the next breath, they were adults....They will be battling a collective sense of futility, potentially very pessimistic. They know what is REAL. Breakthroughs at the New Moon

Can't really share much because I am about to go back into session here at the Money, Marketing and Soul Intensive...but I did want to share we are working with a New Moon in Libra. It's all about balance, and finding your center point before stepping into a partnership. "Look before you leap." If you understand your own value and worth (2nd house) then you can strongly partner with another without losing yourself in the relationship.

Libra also represents the Goddess of War [Venus rules war], so at this new moon there may be a war going on within that reflects how you value yourself in relationship to another- this applies to all of our relationships, personal and professional. And spiritual relationships with wisdom teachers.

I'll share more on Tuesday when I return...about my own breakthrough with the Libra energy. As always I encourage you to collage the Libra energy, dialog with it and find the mystery of you in bits of paper and glue.

Libra SoulCollage®- finding the balance

It's Fall, a time of Harvest!!

Fall is about harvesting the seeds for planting next spring. What you planted in March 2008 is now ready for harvesting. If you planted weeds then you are harvesting weeds. If you planted corn you are harvesting corn.

Cycles and rhythm and balance are what this astrology stuff is about. Bringing the sky and the earth together and honoring the rhythm of the seasons, the rhythms of the day and night forces. This rhythm around you is mirrored back, within you.

We face relationship issues that are ready to be taken to the next level, released and surrendered too (Scorpio) based on the way you think (Mercury).

What were you wishing and dreaming of back in late March? Here are some themes for the Libra energy...

In Libra I am the One who....

I am the One who Partners. In your birth chart it's the sign of the 7th house- what sign sits there in your birth chart? This is always a dance between self and other, 1st and 7th house. I am the One who is a wife/husband. My energy relates to healthy agreements, sharing and interdependence.

I am the One who complements. Think of dancing, knowing how to lead and follow. "Both parties must be responsible for an enjoyable relationship...I am the One who takes full responsibility of my shadow."-the Angels within us.

Shadow issues of the Libra energy:

I am the One who is Co-dependent. I am the One who is lost relating to loss of self-identity- codependency, appeasing behaviors, indecision, aimless discussion. I represent entanglements that bind. Dependence [I need you] and independence [I don't need you] can't find a healthy balance.

I am the One who was left behind. Ask yourself "What parts of ME did I abandon to be in relationship with you?" Go get that energy back NOW, create a SoulCollage card.

I am the One looking for my perfect SOUL MATE. It's the perfection part that gets you stuck.

I am the One who faces abandonment because of my fears- of rejection, guilt, unworthiness.

Leo SoulCollage®

Are you born with Pluto in Leo?

Pluto moved through Leo from 1939 - 1957. It's a generational energy- Depression Era through Baby Boomers, we are considered to be the generation of power. The first generation born after the atomic bomb was discovered and used...raised with the threat of annihilation.

Annihilation is defined as "total destruction" or "complete obliteration" of an object;[1] having its root in the Latin nihil (nothing). A literal translation is "to make into nothing".

In physics, the word is used to denote the process that occurs when a subatomic particle collides with its respective antiparticle.[2] Since energy and momentum must be conserved, the particles are not actually made into nothing, but rather into new particles [shape-shifters].- wikipedia definition

The keyword for Pluto in Leo is Shape-Shifter. People of this generation have the ability to use power both positively and negatively. World power and leadership are important issues for those with Pluto in Leo. When the Sun moves through Leo it highlights our collective issues of power. Saturn moved through Leo (1975-78 and again July '05-Sep '07) bringing up Leo issues for healing and empowerment. A new structure was created.

2009 Chiron/Jupiter/Neptune

Aquarius Awakening- currently there is a planetary line-up of great importance in the Aquarius area of your chart. These planets will oppose the next Leo new moon on August 20th. Leo and Aquarius work in sacred partnership. Leo is the action energy of manifesting your creative gifts with authenticity and then using those gifts in service to humanity. If you are caught by the emotions or the timing of something the answers may be found in your Aquarius house. In any case work with the energies whether you understand the astrology or not. In the Body- the Sun in Leo informs your High Heart chakra, the place between your heart and throat (see the intersection). The color is a beautiful turquoise, it is considered the seat of your soul energy. Here you'll find your soul's longing.

Allow your hands to naturally go to that place on your body. Tap it gently with both hands. Does this place on your body feel clear, does the area feel sore? If sore so open your mouth, give it a sound with the intention of being clear. Practice this affirmation:
